Why do I need the Aichom app?

We offer a free library with evidence-based resources on caregiving & caregiver's wellbeing. Our mobile application for caregivers allows pairing an Apple smartwatch and monitoring dementia, receiving support on caregiving and personal wellbeing of the caregiver. Aichom app features location tracking and alerts in a case of emergency, provide advices to people for families with Alzheimer’s. In the future more features will be available as voice reminders and recommendations, medication history and tracks health parameters.

In which countries can I use the Aichom app?

Our services are available in the US, Canada, UK, and Lithuania. We work round the clock to make it available in other countries as well. If you have the specific country to name you would like us to be in - please write to us at hello@aichom.com. We will consider adding it to the priority list.

How often Aichom library is updated with new articles?

We seek to have new articles each week as we cooperate with a few best-in-class experts in Dementia topics. We also plan to expand the range of content beyond articles. As long as you have some suggestions regarding topics or structure, let us know by writing us at hello@aichom.com

Do I need to have an Apple Watch to use Library?

All you need is to download our app. You can start using the library function immediately as a free service. Additional features, such as location tracking of dementia patients, are available with the apple watch.

How to start using Library?

You download the app, and you have access to all the articles in the library. You can check other services we plan to release, and as soon as we have them, we will let you know about their availability. What to do if the app is not working?

We work round the clock to avoid any downtimes or other technical issues. Yet, sometimes it is not enough. If you experience any technical difficulties using our app - we sincerely apologize for that. Our mission with the Aichom app is to help families with dementia. We do not recommend using it for any other purposes.

Will the Aichom app have more features?

Yes, we have an endless list of things we want to implement to help caregivers as much as possible, and we work round the clock to implement them. Our app will be updated every few weeks, prioritizing the most needed functions. Does the Apple Watch with the Aichom app become a medical device?

Aichom app is a tool for caregivers to secure their peace of mind. It is not a medical device. The goal of the app is to help caregivers cope with the situation. As long as the apple watch is not a medical device using it with Aichom does not make it the one.
